Do I need a card to start?

No. Sign up with an email and a password and use your 5 free hours. They are 5 hours in total, not 5 a month.

What counts as an hour?

The length of your recordings. A 45-minute meeting uses 45 minutes. Used hours stay used: deleting a recording doesn't give them back.

Monthly or yearly?

$15 a month, or $144 a year, which works out to $12 a month and is $36 less than paying monthly. Both include 20 hours of recordings a month.

What if I go over 20 hours in a month?

Past 20 hours, uploads wait until next month. Unused hours don't roll over to the next one.

Can I take my data and leave?

Yes, at any time. Export everything as Markdown, then delete everything or delete your account. See the FAQ for how.
